This restaurant of a minimalist decor, on the fringes of the residential place, Panampilly Nagar, Ernakulam, Cochin, is a pleasant place apt for breakfast, lunch or dinner.I have had a sumptuous breakfast with very good coffee a few months ago. Recently I had dinner too there. The menu is mostly European and American. The dishes were attractive to look at and taste was even better. My grandson, a 12 year-old boy said that the potatoes were a bit undercooked, but tasted good that way. My chicken sandwich served with a lettuce salad was just perfect. The coffee was almost a connoisseurâs delight.The staff were competent but unobtrusive. The service was efficient.

The Rajadhani at Tripunithura is one of the best for ice creams, shakes and fresh juices in our area and the items they serve are really good. The area is bit congested, and for me it is only five minutes walk from my flat to the parlour. Though a good number of ice cream parlours came up recently,Rajadhani is moderately crowded always I prefer their ice creams like Royal Falooda, Karribean cocktail, butterscotch sundae, Spanish delight, Anar or Mosambi juice, vanilla or chocolate milkshake and Sharja shake. They have carry home packs which are really affordable. Nice outlet to chill.

The restaurant would be very happy to hand the client his bill and be done with it. All other steps until that are not important. If you are family and if any one of you utters an order it will rush to you whether others in the group have placed their orders or not. If you tell him to bring the soft drinks first or starters first, the order will reach you in an order that they seem fit. A more appropriate name for the restaurant would be -100 metre dash!!We deeply regret and apologies for the trouble you have faced. It must have been one of our bad days and we take the full responsibility. We have briefed the staff about the matter and we have already taken actions. Had coffee and snacks (Salads, toasts, sandwiches) in the spacious restaurant with wooden traditional furniture ( may be the building is a century old) and the not so decorated interiors. The Solar cafe being in the Fort Kochi area where we used to go on weekends from early 80's till mid 90's gave us a nostalgic feel. The restaurant on the first floor near the ferry which is not spoiled by modern decor is the right place to have some coffee or tea with a sandwich or toast, also you can go through the collection of selected books kept for the guests. The service is very friendly and the restaurant is easy to locate.

This friendly restaurant surprised us by the quality of its food.We ate principally seafood and the prawns particularly were excellent with just the right spiciness.The service was good and the costs moderate for food of this standard.In an area not swamped by good restaurants, this place is really worth a visit.
