Nice place serving Shashlik and similar meats cooked over an open grill. The desserts are plentiful and appealing. Problem is that they don't seem to get the idea that if you a Shashlik you don't necessarily want to get, nor pay for, a whole lot of other garnishes.

Draught beer is not cold enough, burger is just slightly better than in McDonalds, other food is so-so, service is average at the best and on top of that, live music is so loud that it is hurting ears on a dance poll.What completely ruined our experience is that on a next day we found that they included cheesecake in the bill that was not served. If you are looking for authentic Bashkir food in a nice setting - that's the place. The restaurant specializes in oriental cuisine and there is a special Bashkir menu. Fresh salads, nice presentation, good choice of meat - they have dishes even with horse-flesh.For dessert try the so-called "red cottage cheese" - it's really unusual and delicious.One more inestimable advantage is that Duslyk closes late at night - 2 a.m. on Monday through Friday and works till 4 a.m. during the weekends.

We had a fantastic experience here. The menus have lots of pictures (we don't speak Russian,) as well as a lot of variety.
