It's not the first time I've retuned at Ristorante Flora over the last 6 years. I fell in LOVE with the "alici arraganati", a small Mediterranean fish fried in an spicy oil, well I don't know their secret but they are absolutely delicious! Not to talk about their pizzas, the dough is perfectly cooked and the toppings are as varied as your imagination can express! Placed right by the sea side, if you have the pleasure of eating outside during the summer months, you feel the soft saline breeze and enjoy the beautiful scenery. If you have a lunch inside, the restaurant is beautifully decorated. I haven't tried the meat, but they display to have grade A meats. I absolutely, truly and confidently recommend this place if you visit the town of Paola in Calabria.

Have used this restaurant for takeaway pizzas and eaten in the restaurant several times. The food has been of a good quality and reasonably priced. The surroundings are pleasant and the service usually excellent, although the staff seemed distracted on our last visit and were not as attentive as usual. We're still happy to eat there again though.
