Visited Union Jack yesterday evening, it was warm so we sat outside. If you speak basic Russian it certainly helps, otherwise you might need to just poke the menu which is okay too, the young waitresses are patient and helpful.We ordered soup, cheeseburger, pickles, and beers. Get ready to deal with a shot of vodka + a bite of gherkin on the side of the soup, a nice surprise. The soup and the burger were okay, tho the burger + fries were not sizzling hot, they tasted good.To us, it looked like a pseudo British place (in fact - local), but a reasonable choice downtown if you wanna sit outside, enjoy the city vibe and some good food. However, there are many places which might suit your taste better if you are a foodie, or in for sg. more outstanding.
