Elahleni is a hot new restaurant that provides good food (African grill) at affordable prices. The place is also kiddies friendly with a playroom, and has scenic views of the ocean at the balcony seating. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is relaxed. The place does not serve alcohol beverages and is ideal for family visits and/or group functions. It's a place to definitely visit and a rare gem in this City!

CTFM opened its door in East London at the beginning of the year.The restaurant has the great spot at Hemingways mall. Plus itâs very cosy inside.Our first visit to this branch was not disappointing. We were warmly welcomed. All staff members went out of their way to make this visit enjoyable. Our waitress was very hospitable. The food was very tasteful. Having Teppanyaki Salmon as a starter was a great choice. So delicious...I enjoyed my West Coast Potjie as the main course. Awesome dish for cold weather...Thank you CTFM for this warm welcome!

We were looking to have a good steak and discovered The Grill Room. This is attached to the ICC but has now gone Independant. The parking is safe and the venue is cozy and the waiters very friendly. You can currently take your own wine with no corkage which is a bonus. You get one side with your meal but can order others. If you and your partner order wisely the side orders are large enough to share. The rump we ordered was a great quality and done exactly like we asked. The service was fantastic and pricing was excellent. All in All a great place to eat and just needs support.

This is great lunch time getaway. Delicious chicken, typical of Nando's. What makes this outlet the best branch in East London is that it has an efficient drive thru. The deco inside is vibrant and local art work on display is refreshing. The staff are friendly. Pretty good for a fast food place.

An ideal spot for a breakfast or lunch with the family. Nice outside area, play area for kids and basic food. While there you can order craft beer from Table 58 (sharing the venue) or just have normal pub-like fair. Great Sunday lunches.

We ordered a burger and Buddha bowl. Both were very well presented, almost perfectly cooked and tasted fabulous! Great service even when it's busy. Only negative is the noisy atmosphere and lack of parking. Other than that it was a great experience and will definitely return.

Great dinner.Lovely clean restaurant.Excellent, attentive service.One of our group has tricky dietary needs and they went out of their way to help with meal choices.Booking over the weekend seems like a wise move - the restaurant was full on Friday night.First time visitors, parking is a little tricky with street parking shared between a few establishments in Beach Road. Car guards can be a little demanding, if you are to give them a tip, have it ready before heading back to your vehicle. Steak, risotto, skinny fries, pork belly - all delicious.Save some space for dessert - chocolate gateau is a must have
