We went to Fiamma grill for an early dinner on Sunday with my family and we had an almost perfect evening the waiter was the best until something happened which left us bitterly disappointed there was a gentleman who was wearing a black jacket shouting at the staff about something with little regard that we were there. The staff looked very scared of him. He is arrogant,bossy and lack of leaderships qualities for a family Friendly rastoraunt like Fiamma grill. On consultation we were told that he is one of the managers. We quickly paid our bill and left.Dear CarolThank you for your patronage and time taken in reviewing our store. I have discussed in detail your review with my team and management about your recent situation, which I am humbly apologetic about.We have to be careful when responding to reviews of this nature due to the seriousness of the situation. We are a family business and lead with a motivational managment style, we are a team and work together on achieving success. You and I both know that at times, raising ones voice and seeking justifiable answers is necessary, thus I am sorry that you had to be in the presence of that experience. Aryn, the manager on duty understands his actions and is working very hard on maintaining control and humility in his approach. This being said, we would appeal to you to reconsider about the nature and star rating of our store as it truly negatively impacts our business in a large way. This place is temporarily closed. Situated on ballito's beachfront overlooking the beach, dolphins are regularly seen as well as whales in season. We offer the best thin based pizza's, cooked in a wood fired oven, pasta's, grills and ofcourse our seafood!

This restaurant offers daily specials from Monday to Friday. We went for the "2 for 1" Pasta special on Monday, my hubby and I each tried different pastas, both absolutely delicious, not a scrap left on the plates. Will be making this a regular thing.

We just had the most delicious lunch here. Kept hearing about how good their burgers are so we came to check them out. We chose to sit outside on the bench seating. You are supplied with a "notepad" that has the menu on it. You then tick off what you fancy and off goes your order. We started with a rock shandy each for drinks. I would like to thank RocoMamas for being pioneers in the âno plastic strawsâ movement. I was absolutely delighted to see that we were supplied with paper straws! We chose 6 Jalapeño Bombs for a starter - little cheese rounds that are fried, and come with an option of a dipping sauce. These were awesome! We then custom built our own burgers. They arrived quickly and were super tasty. The fries were excellent as well. Thin and crispy, with a good amount of seasoning. We travel the world and burgers are what we look for at almost every stop. This place did not disappoint. If you are a burger fan, we highly recommend you try this place out.Oh stop, you're making us blush, Larvan! We think you're seriously awesome and can't wait to have you back again.
