Wir haben Sonntag Mittag wieder super lecker gegessen. Die regionalen Gerichte wie Schäufele und Schnitzel sind hier wirklich sehr fein zubereitet und schön angerichtet. Mal nicht nur Klösse und Pommes, sondern richtig gute Bratkartoffeln und wirklich frische Salate gibt es hier dazu. Es gibt auch immer einige kreative Tagesgerichte wie Käseknödel auf Ratatouille und leckere Desserts. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Der Service freundlich und aufmerksam. Es ist ein altes schönes Gebäude mit eingewachsenem Garten. Da eine alte ausgetretene Treppe hinaufführt, ist es für ältere gehbehinderte Menschen evtl. schwieriger. Parkplatzsituation auch suboptimal. Aber nach einem guten Essen schadet ein kleiner Spaziergang ja auch nicht.

Dissapointing lunch; sent the pasta back as it was dry, sticky and generally poor in taste. The Schnitzel wasn't better either. Again very dry and over fried. My dog liked it though.

We had a dinner here with our business partners and this was a pleasent surprise. Youthful friendly service, stylish interior, tasty drinks and good wine list. Menu was large enough for everyone and food fresh, made from quality ingredients. Give it a try, I guess you won't be disappointed.

Conveiently lokated along the main road, the handsome building welcomes the hungry traveler into a very pleasant and cozy ambient.We only wanted to have coffee after a visit to the museum. Though this is a proper restaurant we were welcomed and had a great cup of filtered coffee.We also had the chance to see the menu and what people were ordering and eating nearby. All the dishes looked delicious and the prices on the menu are reasonable.I hope to come back one day - for another visit to the museum and then... for a leisurely lunch at Restaurant Krone.

We discovered the place in the tourist information and tried to have a traditional Franken lunch on a Saturday, which we had indeed. The place is nice and the food was really good. In the other hand the service was one of the worst I found in Franconia so far. Completely unfriendly, it makes the customer feel almost undesired there... Maybe it is a problem with the tourists only, but it doesn't feel like that. For the food I would eventually come back, but in light of the horrible service it is in my "no go list" now (it is impressive how a bad service can ruin a nice place).

Nice Place right behind the City Theatre. Not to big so try to get a table there. Very good and affordable food and drinks. use the time while the theatre has its performance.

A hidden Restaurant in old City of Füerth. Here you can get typical frankonian Food,big portions - reasonable Price. Could be you have to queue cause always crowded -mostly by local People. Spec. carps - when in season Sep-April, Schnitzel is Hugh andtasty, also their Schäufele, Sauerbraten

...within old town of Fuerth. Lovely decorated, small restaurant serving high quality, but reasonably priced burger and salat. Sometimes also original Berlin Currywurst is available (and recommended to try). Attentive service staff. I would suggest to make reservation, especially in colder season when outside seating is not open.

During our five day trip to Nuremberg, a very pleasant evening was spent in the adjoining town of Furth. At the Gruner Brauhaus to be exact, just a short distance from Furth train station.Being a brewery as well as a restaurant the house beer was very well matched to the usual pig products. Although the food was very good, the portions were just too large. Tip, make sure you are very hungry should you intend eating at this restaurant. The restaurant is quite large but nevertheless very busy, so best book particularly for the weekend. Usual jovial servers, definitely a worthwhile experience, sensibly priced too. I would go again, having made sure that I had missed breakfast and lunch.
