We were advised to visit a new and âone of the bestâ restaurants in KarlovyVary. But what we have experienced at the restaurant was below our expectations. Quality of the food was quite good, but level of service is much below the ambitions of the restaurant. Dear Mr jeyhun65,Thank you very much for your visit, your opinion and comments. Your feedback makes us better.We are disappointed that you did not enjoy your visit at the restaurant La Hospoda. The principle of customer care to our valued guests and the enjoyment of their visit is our priority at all times.We are really sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our service. Probably the service did not inform you about the fact that a necessary part of the unique PPP project La Hospoda are students of the local gastronomic high school, who have in a restaurant every day a practice - in the restaurant and in the kitchen too, because restaurant La Hospoda is a training center for students of this gastronomic high school. It's a great idea to spend an evening at the Becher's Bar. The famous 19th century England style bar, located in the basement of the Grand Hotel Pupp, offers a wide range of cocktails and culinary specialties. Sounds of music performed by the ensemble will be with you until the morning.
