DespuÃ©s de cenar en este restaurante y a pesar de lo que se habla, nada mÃ¡s lejos de la realidad, se ve que el equipo de cocina ha cambiado y a pesar de seguir manteniendo la carta antigua que me han asegurado que estÃ¡n cambiando han introducido una carta anexa de tapas y la presentaciÃ³n de los platos ha mejorado exponencialmente, se nota el cambio bastante en lo cuidado y en la frescura de la materia prima, la apertura de su brasa para las carnes dan el toque necesario para disfrutar de ellas y poder calificarlo tambiÃ©n como asador, aparte me comentaron que prÃ³ximamente pondrÃ¡n pollos asados que nos dieron una pequeÃ±a muestra y estaban deliciosos. Ãnimo al nuevo equipo y espero seguir viendo los avances con mis prÃ³ximas visitas mÃas y de los mÃos
