I am a repeat customer and have been for many years, although infrequent as I no longer live in the area. The virgin bloody Mary and smoked salmon pizza were both delicious.Dessert of the strawberry mille feuille was flawless. I did not enjoy the apple tart tatin as the pastry was rather dry and sauce a bit too sweet for my personal liking.Service was excellent from start to finish. From the hostess to the bus boys to the darling manager who came to say hello and welcome back, to the waiter who timed everything perfectly and made sure i had everything i needed or wanted to make it a great meal.Looking forward to returning.

My wife and I had an outstanding dinner here our last night in Beverley Hills. Our server Joey was friendly, attentive and humorous. The tuna tartare and tomato & burrata appetizers were among the best we have ever had. Tomahawk ribeye steak was incredible. We would absolutely go back. The only negative is that the outdoor tables are very tightly packed and as a result there is little privacy. Thanks for a wonderful experience! We are happy to hear you enjoyed your experience with us, and we are proud to have an amazing server like Joey on our team! We do our best to accommodate our many guests on the Via, so we appreciate you patience with the seating being a little cramped, however we find a lot of our guests leave with new friends they met sitting along side one another on the Via, so that is certainly an added perk! For more intimate and private moments, request a quiet table when making your reservation, and we will do our absolute best to accommodate you!

Found that Circa 55 was offering live music and dinner for New Year's Eve 2018. We were excited. The band was great - Sylvia Rodriguez and the Rhythm boys played great music all night and all dance worthy with a good dance floor. The food: Well it was a buffet and probably a little better than most. The fish was a bit overcooked. The rolls seemed to have just come out of a bag purchased at the grocery store. The prime rib and turkey were good. The mashed potatoes were good. The rest we tried was average and the desserts were average. I thought Circa 55 was supposed to be an impressive restaurant but but it was average food. Our waiter was nice and he was attentive. Things went downhill when a bunch of wild children (two, three, four, up to maybe 8 years old) came onto the dance floor without supervision and started running around, rolling on the floor, and making this seem like a Chuck E Cheese rather than the Beverly Hills Hilton. Circa 55 staff (waiters) finally shooed them off when new customers being seated didn't want to walk through the kids to get to their table. I'm sure it's a nice place. New Year's Eve was pretty average and I wouldn't do it again. I received a ticket to use a validation but it didn't work. I thought I would get discounted parking but ended up paying full price when I left the parking lot receiving a message from the payment machine that there was no credit on the ticket.
