I visited Alicante 15 times. This restaurant is the best I've been to here. Refined meals, colorful and with many combinations of flavors. I remeber these flavours from Peru. The food was a really amazing experience. They offer something for everybody and you can have a vegetarian version for the meat dishes as well, if you just ask! The prizes are quite cheap and the food tastes really good, so what more do you need? The service is helpful and nice and the restaurant looks good too. Enjoy the banana dishes, they are delicious! :) Muchas gracias!

Very nice interior design, but we did not like the food. 2 out of three plates simply did not taste well-one of them we could barely eat. We also did not like the dessert. Especially with that one it felt the chefs wanted too much:too much fusion, too many different flavours that did not create a new, unique experience, but just single flavours that did not fit together. Sorry, not again.

I expected something much better after reading the reviews. Itâs an upmarket burger place. Loud music and uncomfortable seats... clearly a place to be seen and very popular with the younger customers.The wine choice is limited and the beers are standard We reserved a table but it took ages to get served and the food was Luke warm .... the chips were good and the veal burger was tasty. We had a chicken burger which was raw in the middle ... I think we went on a busy night!Thank you for your message. I travel quite a bit and use Trip Advisor often to find local restaurants. My meal at Restaurante Don Carlos was so extraordinary that Iâm writing my first review. The 5-course tasting menu was fresh, imaginative and delicious, and I give all courses 5-stars. The service was impeccable and unpretentious. Bravo!!

I'm going to keep this short, because there is a plethora of glowing reviews about this amazing five table restaurant. That it compares with or exceeds the culinary experiences we've had at many famous destination dining spots is simply stunning when you consider that it's entire staff consists of the husband and wife team of Olivia and Fernando. The dining experience was exceptional, every dish was memorable. This restaurant is for those who adore great food. Just two tips. Make reservations and order their foie gras -- it will take you to gastronomic heaven.

A good number of well though starters and limited number of main dishes (3 meat and 3 fish, plus 2 options outside the menu), which I personally think it's the best combination for a menu.The food was delicious and the meat was melting as butter in my mouth, extremely well cooked. Waiters were so friendly and nice. And, oh là là , the wine list is the most impressive, broad, well selected and intelligent one I've seen in at least 10 years. I personally congratulated the somelier, another super nice person which adviced us greatly.
