Food and drinks were great at a resonable price considering location. Service was erratic depending on who you got on that day. Also being English was an issue for one or two servers, but that is our fault for not learning a few basic words, not theirs!!

We have been skiing in Val Cenis for many years and one of the attractions is lunch and refreshments at the Crepe des Glases. The vin chaud blanc is a special treat and as for the crepes - Mmmm. The open air cafe is sited on the piste and whilst you can access it on foot, it is very much a day-time venue. Note also, that its sunny position means that the snow will have melted by mid March which is when it normally closes.

We were four and none of us were impressed with the food or service. We were given burnt garlic bread for starter.This was followed by 2 'wok' dishes (1 vegetarian and 1 beef) both burnt and both advertised as containing vegetables but we found none. The tagliatelle bolognese had about 2 dessert spoons worth of sauce. We asked for some cheese to go on top and the waiters never returned (in fact completely disappeared, despite the place being almost empty). The best dish was a lasagne which was also nothing special. Once we had complained about the food and told them we'd finished we were ignored and after 20 mins had to go to the bar and pay on our way out. Our beers and cokes were OK.

Visited whilst skiing and was suprised at the quality of the food. Fresh cooked steaks, lovely fresh salads and a wide selection of snacks and desserts. Table service both inside and out on the terrace for food and sandwiches and crepes and self service for hot food but with items cooked to order. Great place to stop for a drink, snack or meal when skiing.

We stayed here 4 years ago when the Polish family had just taken over and came back to stay as it was so good. The rooms are not huge but really clean and facilities are good. the food is really nice and this time 2 of us had the Polish menu which was excellent. good value for money

Great pierrade with plenty of meat, delicious sauces and yummy fries. Book on Friday nights as it gets very busy. Not the most romantic setting the food is very good and the team lovely

Great location and very busy had to wait 20 minutes for a table but well worth it, the food was great burgers were highly recommended and they were perfect, followed by crepe, a great lunch and good value, outside the views were wonderful.

We don't eat meat and like good food! We ate 2 nights at this restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic (excellent fondue!) and the wine suggestions spot on. 2 very enjoyable evenings.Many thanks for your very good appreciation on the "Saint Landry" restaurant. We enjoy looking after each customer, we respect what they do not eat and try to make them happy with dishes which fit to their desires. Having enjoyed eating here last time we skied in Termignon, we ate here most nights. We were delighted that the owners remembered us from last year, and this set the tone for a very pleasant week. We tried pretty much everything on the menu, and couldn't fault anything at all. Sadly, we never had room for the house fondue, which looked huge! Perhaps next time, because I'm sure we'll be back next winter.
