Recall 3000 yen per meal for the set menu. We suspected, judging by the info chalked up in Japanese on boards, that there were other options but no-one spoke English and just one page of English text with the set menu given to us. Here is a truly worthy place the is very under appreciated. It's a family affair with the mother running front of the house and son passionately managing the kitchen. Though not formally trained in France, the chef puts out an exceptionally tasty Japanese-French meal--ours was built around the exceptional Imari-beef--more than the equal of any A rated Wagyu you will ever find (and certainly superior to the hearty and most enjoyable steak at Paul Bert in Paris). The demi-glace sauce was a perfect accompaniment. The chef's passionate and singular commitment to quality shone through in everything--perhaps most notably in the natural and supremely tasty bread that was presented with lunch--simply amazing (we had two orders). I wish this place was better appreciated and can easily imagine a superb dinner with a revise and elevated wine list that would most certainly be an appropriate match for the cuisine. Step out of the ordinary and go visit--there are rumblings that the owner may close after many years of running the place.

伊万里市の中心街から離れた場所にある、自然食でヘルシーな料理を提供してくれるお店。今回注文したのは「満彩御膳」というセットで、食事のカロリーが５００キロカロリーに抑えられている。ちなみにお店の名前の由来「しぇ・もあ」とは、フランス語で「ｃｈｅｚ ｍｏｉ」と書き「我が家」「私の家」の意だそうです。「藤」は女将が好きな花らしく、「しぇ・もあ藤」と名付けたそうです。意外とお腹は満足できるもの。満足した後はまだ食後のデザートが付いている。デザートは梨とブルーベリーのロールケーキにコーヒー。このブルーベリーのロールケーキはオススメ。生地はパサパサしてなくてしっとりした食感。これは美味しい！絶品です！コーヒーはサッパリしたアメリカン。この食後のデザートで１５０キロカロリー。今回の夜御飯は６５０キロカロリーに。また女将の接客は楽しくていいです。
