Place seemed to come very recommended and said booking essential. We booked to 7pm and when we left at 9pm we were only people present which affected the experience. That Said the food was very good and the service was attentive. Location a little off the beaten track.Madam, Sir, dear customer,Thank you very much for your comment, I am glad to hear that you enjoy our food and our service. You came a monday, and you were indeed our only customers that night. On the week ends we are essentially working in a full dining room, and we have to refuse people on a regular basis. During the week, as we are quite new in town (2 years now) we never know what to expect, from 0 to 30 customers. And I cannot blame you for saying that dining alone "affected your experience", it can be an awkward feeling...As I cannot apologize for not having any other customer that night, I can just feel sorry, both for you, and me, through the 3/5 note that you give us for a "very good food and attentive service", knowing that my job was done. Today I had lunch here and I found nice environment, very kind people (talking in Italian too) and excellent food with an amazing list of wines.I had pork with shells and such combination pleasantly surprised meI warmly recommend itGrazie mille Signore. I had lunch with my son. We had shrimp croquets for starters, very good!And meatballs with chips for mains.These meatballs with sauce, a speciality in Liege, were absolutely fantastic.I can recommend this restaurant.It would be wise to make a reservation, I phoned an hour before and got the last table.

I have visited this restaurant twice within 2 weeks, with friends and what a very pleasant surprise. The restaurant itself is bright and cheerful inside and the welcome and service by the staff was excellent on both visits.The choice of food is varied and extremely well prepared with attention to every small detail in presentation. All my friends were extremely happy with the service, quality and service of the various dishes requested and a very welcome gesture for an after dinner drink, on the house ! I cannot recommend this restaurant enough to anyone who enjoys a quality, well prepared, well served menu and good choice of wines, in a delightful atmosphere of peace and quiet whilst enjoying a pleasant evening out.

Close to the river mosa, between the sunday market La batte andthebutcher street....u can find this small perl in Liegi.more or less 20 seats...short menu but...great attention for the custemers...local beer and good wine.Typical local food prepared and served in good way.It has to be visited...

I had been looking forward to dine in this restaurant for a long time... simply because this house once belonged to my family. Needless to say I was fearing somehow that the dining experience would not be up to my hopes.No I can tell you this was one of my best experience in Liege (and around) for years. The boss is extremely friendly and attentive... and the kitchen is a real delight both for eyes and mouth. Creativity is probably the best word to qualify this nice experience. So, if you happen to be around do not hesitate (just make sure you paid for your parking place!)... and if you happen to be further away don't hesitate to take your car and drive into Herstal. Despite the scars left in the urban tissue, you will soon discover that this city has an important history and is a cradle of the industrial revolution.

My first visit with friends to this superb new restaurant in Tilff. We received a very warm welcome from the personnel. Impeccably clean and the decor has a very light and cosy atmosphere. The service and food excellent in all aspects. Very refined menu and a 'no rush' attitude. There is a small garden patio at the back of the dining room which is agreeable to look at. Cannot fault this restaurant, my first visit but will definitely be back

Bistro n'Home is a simple restaurant, with good food. A had the risotto starter and veal main. Both were excellent. The rice in the risotto was cooked perfectly and the veal was so tender it melted in your moth. Even though we were a large group, around 12, everyone was served promptly.
