Don't know why the Subway in Rayleigh doesn't have it's own page?We are occasional visitors to this branch in Rayleigh High Street as we don't go into the High Street regularly. We have eaten in and taken food away to enjoy at home.When we do go itvstrikes me that this branch is cleaner (floors/tables) than others we have been to.The Steak and Cheese Wraps are delicious as are the salads.

We often use the Wickford Grill for Kebabs or Pizzas but they do have a big menu that also includes burgers etcI usually ask for delivery and they normally quote up to 1 hour but the wait is worth it for their very tasty food.

Ordered 2 King Prawn chow meins and a few other dishes. Food would have been ok if too much soya sauce was not added. Bit annoyed they charge an extra 50p for debit cards

Rice fields se4ves nice food at a reasonable price. This time unfortunately the6 go5 one dish wrong and I had to go back to collect the correct one. On the plus side the6 had given us some free pancake rolls. Their salt and chilli ribs were pretty poor though, possibl6 the wirs5 I have ever had so I would not recommend them.

I don't have takeaways very often so when I do I make sure it's a good one. Having checked out reviews on TA Ho Ho sounded the best by far...and I wasn't disappointed! I decided to go down and order rather than phone get delivery and I'm glad I did, this place was CRAZY busy, phones off the hook and I have to say the girls taking the orders were doing a great job managing the phones as well as the constant walk-ins. Went for our usual go to dishes, sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style, boiled rice, vegetable Singapore Rice noodles, all of which were REALLY good! Great portion size and tastes amazing. I also tried szechuan lamb, but I didn't enjoy it quite as much as the rest. I will definitely be using Ho Ho again and would definitely recommend to friends / family.

it was new years day and we expected a bit of a wait for delivery and we're told it would be 1h20mins. After an hour and a half we phoned to check it and they said it was all ready they were just waiting for the delivery driver to come back, 10 minutes later I got a call from them saying they were out of 2 of the sides we had ordered so would we like something else and we went for the veg samosas. After over 2 hours the food finally arrived, they had included a free chicken rice dish for the birthday boy which I thought was nice of them.I ordered the king prawn madras, the sauce was nice but the prawns were definitely not king prawns (they were so small!) and extremely overcooked, too rubbery to enjoy. The samosas were also very dry.Its a shame to have waited so long for what was mediocre at best, especially as a birthday dinner!

I have moved from Wickford but I still go back here for my fish and chips. The food is great and the portion size is generous . There is never a massive wait time despite always being busy. None of the local chippies compare!!
