Chiosco Pulversturm

Can't recommend enough. We go as often as possible and refer to it as 'best burger place' rather than by name! The menu mostly consists of burgers, including a vegan option, and a variety of changing specials. You can also get hot dogs, piadina and mixed plates. The lady who runs this place is lovely and clearly knows what she's doing in the kitchen. Everything is fresh and she makes a lot of her own liquors and juices too. The Hugo here is the best in town. It's a beautiful short or long walk up to it, depending on how much you want to build an appetite.
