Regrettably with reservations, a superb inexpensive greek style taverna with tasty food and for the most part good service. I selected a variety of the Meze dishes and for the most part they were good. I have to question the accuracy of the menu because the Tyropitakia (which is a deep fried 3 cheese mini pie) is shown as 'V' vegetarian on the menus but we found the ones given to us had ham in them. The manager was called to explain and he said the usual ones came frozen but due to a shortage he had a new batch in from a different supplier which contained ham. We were not told this when we ordered and the manager chose to think it was our fault and not the stores fault for this injustice. No apology was forthcoming from the male manager. So, If you are vegetarian or just want this option, make sure you ask the ingredients of each item listed as 'V' or you may be disappointed. While the lady manager was apologetic, the male manager thought it was a travesty that we would object. Hence, we choose not to order any main meal or deserts and move on elsewhere where honesty in the delivery of what is ordered would prevail. We paid for our starters and left.

A small take-away restaurant with a few tables. Not licensed but you can take your own. Very friendly owner who supervised all the time. Excellent service, friendly attentive waiters. You can create your own meze platters with a good variety of individually priced dishes, served with warm pita bread. The dips are really delicious. Mains include souvlaki in pita and skewers of chicken and lamb and delicious grilled beef patties. We also enjoyed skinny lamb chops and grilled halloumi. Nice selection of desserts. This newly renovated roadhouse has upped the roadhouse game considerably. It's popularity is self evident from its busyness.It's become a family favourite. Varied menu for all tastes, sit in car or at table options, snappy decor and lighting, TV screen and funky dance sound-track make it a winner.The food is good, and well priced, service is quick and coffee more than acceptable.I have become addicted to the Mexican wrap, it's awesome!!!!

We were looking for a good Sushi restaurant close to Greenstone and came across this little surprise. The Sushi was fantastic and the price was very reasonable we will definitely be going back.

Went here last night and had the worst meal ever. I ordered ribs & chicken. The chicken was inedible,tough and dry. The ribs were also very tough. The chips covered in salt, which I cannot eat. All in all a terrible meal. I told the waiter it was awful so he brought me a box to take it home !!! I wouldnât have given it the dog and we donât have a dog !! Not recommended. Drove past numerous time, always thinking it was just a take out place, boy was I wrong. Place was packed during lunch time, with all soaking up the authentic Portuguese feel that this establishment give you from walking thru the door. The food is great, great in price, great in portion size and great in taste. The service is prompt even with a packed house. The owner is hands on and attend to all his guests. Will go there over and over again, so many more dishes to sample.
