First time visiting and will not be the last.Two people had the Tapas, two had a main meal.All the food was beautifully prepared and cooked perfectly.It was extremely busy but that did not detract from the excellent service provided.Also very pleased the owner/manager took time to speak to us and check everything was ok, nice touch.Definitely recommend this place and well worth a visit.My only issue was the music was very loud in the bar area....not a criticism as clearly majority of people like it, we just could not hear ourselves talk....

Quiet Friday night - lots of availability. Specials nice and fresh (scallops) and really tasty steaks. Lovely puddings as well - what's not to like about this lovely little bistro? Well worth a visit - really good food, good service and good value. Friendly and good quality ingredients well cooked. Gets my recommendation.

Spent the day in Weston so called here for lunch. Staff were helpful and friendly. On Sundays they have gluten free so I had fish, chips and curry sauce, my husband had normal. Lovely food, nice portions. It's more expensive than my chip shop. When the bill came I noticed we were charged £1 extra for gluten free fish & chips and 50p for curry sauce. I know it costs more for the flour etc but felt penalised for a dietary requirement. I hope vegetarians are treated the same, as they choose their diet. Hi Chellb, thank you for taking the time to review our shop. We are thrilled you enjoyed the gluten free fish and chips, and your husband also enjoyed his. I apologise for the extra cost incurred by gluten free items, it may help if I explain why it occurs. Due to offering a full gluten free day on sundays it is necessary for us to change around 80 litres of oil on Saturday night in order to secure against cross contamination. Add to that the extra labour and materials required to create a separate cooking zone with separate utensils, the significantly higher cost of the raw materials etc and we have ended up charging a surcharge for the gluten free items. As a shop we think itâs really important to offer our food to as many people as possible, and donât want to discriminate against people by refusing to cater for their dietary requirements. Unfortunately economics force us to ensure that those products remain viable.

Booked into the Grove after seeing that local vocalist Holly was performing. What a really lovely evening. There was a set menu with a great choice including vegetarian options. I went for the Lamb which was cooked to perfection. My wife went for the Sea Bass which again was beautifully cooked. A great selection of vegetables made for a lovely main course. Add to this A good choice of starters and deserts all for £20 I canât imagine you would find better quality for this price anywhere in Weston. All the staff were really lovely and enthusiastic and served a packed restaurant without any dramaâs. There was also a good choice of drinks available.Peroni for me and pink gin for my wife. Looking around the restaurant, the wine was also very popular. I had chance to speak to the chef and compliment his amazing food and service and he was very gracious. All in all a really lovely dining experience.

We were thinking of going here but read some negative reviews concerning bills and paying by card so didn't bother will try another italian restaurant in weston. We are sorry you didnât give us a chance. As you can see by our response one issue was out of our control and the other issue rectified.

Been here twice in August for dinner with friends. We had a relative over from Australia who has been in the restaurant business and he was blown away by the quality and standard of food.Excellent meals - always consistent. From the plaice; duck; pork; chicken specials - everything is delicious and always hot.Lovely and relaxing; no rush and you can sit and chat and hear each other.Very reasonably priced for the quality

Wanted to try here for a while and were not disappointed. A Rustic chilled restaurant. The food was amazing. We decided to have a platter of different dishes so we could try new ideas.
