It was 2pm and would have liked to have brunch, but it was not possible as brunch is served til noon. We ordered a sandwich and two smørrebrød, the waitress asked if it should be brown or white bread. We chose white bread. We god brown bread. When I complaint, the waitress wanted to change the sandwich,,but as I dont like to waste food, I said I would eat the brown bread. The coffee pot was supposed to give 3 cups, it hardly gave 2, rather 2 half. I also asked for a glass of water and I was asked to pay 7 DKK for it, quite expensive for just one glass.The food was good, but not a good experience at all.

Besøgte Restaurant Victor til en hyggelig parmiddag.Ved ankomsten blev vi godt modtaget af værtinden (ejeren) som med det samme fik os til at føle os hjemme.Blev anvist et hyggeligt 2-personers bord med en flot udsigt ud over torvet og slotsruinen med Gåsetårnet.Fra det righoldige menukort vagte vi klassisk wienersnitzel og dertil rød- og hvidvin.Vinene sælges også glasvis, hvilket er rart når man er kørende.Efter tilpas ventetid kom 2 flotte tallerkenanrettede wienersnitsler med "dreng". Derfekt panerede, med masser af sprøde grønne ærter og rigtige brasekartofler. Ved siden af serveredes en virkelig lækker sovs.Det er tydeligt at kokken kan sit kram og holder af at kæle for maden.Desværre var vi så mætte efter hovedretten at vi ikke kunne klare dessert, men deres dessertkort har flere lækre ting fra det klassiske danske køkken, som nok var værd at prøve.Et besøg hos Restaurant Victor kan absolut anbefales. Man får god klassisk mad til en fornuftig pris og man føler sig meget velkommen.

this inn is holding up danish tradirions. you get a nice meal for reasonble money located on the road between roennede and vordingborg it is worth a visit on you way to the south of denmark.

the meals are very simple but well prepared with good ingredients and offer great value for money. this is a perfect place for a family. the place is located in the marina and the quality is good. it is not a gourmet restaurant but a place to enjoy a quick snack of predominantely deepfried food.

After talking about visiting Babette for several years we finally did it. So our expectations were high and we knew it was going to be the most expensive meal we had - ever.From the beginning we liked the atmosphere which was friendly, proffessional and not too formal. We went for 7 out of the 8 menu options and along with that we also had the upgraded wine menu. All the dishes were great experiences og taste, they looked fine and we were impressed about the very fine match between food and wines. The service was exactely as we like it. A short introduction to each disk and wine, and if you ask questions you will find out that they really know a lot about the products used.Without any dought - we got what we came for and even more..An evening we will remember for quite some time!
