If you want to eat outside on terrace in Jõhvi this is the place. There are two tables outside in the afternoon sun - perfect place for eating after work. Basic Estonian food with few alternatives but tasty enough. Indoors it is more like cafee. Very friendly service.

We arrived here on a Friday evening - and while the downstairs area was full/reserved, we were able to get a table for our small group upstairs near the hotel reception. This area has a plainer restaurant atmosphere, rather than the loud music venue/TV area downstairs. Our group ordered various steaks and shashliks (including Armenian Shashlik) - all very good.

Wonderful food of plenty, great Georgian wine, warm atmosphere, good service. The warmth of this place and food conquers your body and enlightens your soul saving it from dark and cold Estonian autumn-winter period. All meats are very good, dumplings delicious and last but not the least the desert! My personal favourite is wine-poached pear with ice-cream. Have been there numerous times: with friends, family and business.

Had a wonderful meal here. The staff was friendly (don't expect over the top friendly as in America) and very helpful. The food was very good. I ordered fried dumplings for an appetizer (YUM), French fries which were wonderful and the "one pot" which was a super opportunity to eat a great beef, mushroom and potato stew which was also stellar. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal, service and staff.
