A very nice restaurant for a perfect diner with honest poducts and naturally ingredients. The service is really perfect and very friendly. Suitable for a diner for two or a whole group. There is no menu card, but the cook will explaine personally what can be made. A must visit Sheen you are in the neighbourhood!

It's a nice location more outside the city of Heerlen but in a beautiful surroundings good for a nice walk and have some nice food and drinks afterwards. The menu is short and very the same during the year. Inside it's cosy, in summer you can enjoy the terrace outside. Nice portions of food, tasteful but no haute cuisine. Good price for value.

Well, this place is something. Recently under new ownership since april 1st 2018.I have rarely seen such friendly staff and such good food. This was really unexpected.We reserved a table for 7 with children. The very welcoming staff accommodated us at a table sized just right and treated to some really nice appetizers.You can tell that the service is having fun in the job they do and that the food is prepared with passion.Most of our group had fresh asparagus soup and burgers. Both prepared freshly and with good taste and quality.There was ample food and drinks and the value for money is good.We will definitely be back!

Tonight we had a dinner for two in this really nice restaurant in Simpelveld ( NL )We ordered a starter and a main dish and it was really terrific for a good price. For starters I ordered the bruschetta's and got a dish full of them. My main dish was a very tasteful medium baked steak with vegetables, a small salad and some french fries. After that I took a cappuccino because I didn't have room left in my stomach for a dessert.The restaurant was very cosy and the waiter was very friendly. I can recommend this restaurant to everybody.

A visit to the Atelier is always again a surprising journey along tastefully presented dishes with inventive combinations of first class products, accompanied by a fine variety of wines or non-alcoholic fruitjuicessappen. A warm competent service supports you through this wonderful experience. Five stars are usually only reserved for the perfect experience and this was one of those !

This authentic tavern in the small village of Eys is a (not so hidden) gem! It's full of locals enjoying drinks, food, the fire in winter and the typical hospitality of the Limburg region. The kitchen serves all kinds of local specialties, like 'vlaai', a kind of fruit pie. In summer it has a wonderful terrace. It's an excellent starting point for hikes in the area, ranging from 2 to 5 hours. Route descriptions are available against â¬0,20 fee and have been excellently described, including equally nice stops along the way for food and drinks (see: 't Pintje in Mechelen). In the weekend dinner reservation is recommended. Parking is available in the direct neighbourhood.

This was our first experience with a bib gourmand restaurant. After a warm and spontaneous welcoming and a aperitf, we enjoyed a four-course surprise menu. Our preferences were taken into account.The food was really delicious! The waiters were very friendly and alert for our needs. The price-quality ratio, was, as is expected from a bib gourmand restaurant, in balance. All in all, a perfect place for a special occasion... Allthough it was dark outside, we were glad to sit near the windows, the view on the illuminated valley added something extra to the cosey atmosphere.

We have visited this restaurant end of Nov 14 with a big family, all ages. Very nice menu's for a good price. Quality is good, enough food. Extra's if needed. We had 3 courses and every course served at the same time with little time in between. Very good service too! A restaurant we will visit more often!!

My partner and I visited this beautiful venue as part of a L'Etoile package with the Kasteel TerWorm in Heerlen. We were picked up from the Kasteel (on a very rainy evening) by a very cheerful and enthusiastic taxi driver (or so we thought!).When we arrived, the chap pulled out a brolly to escort us into the restaurant where we were greeted by the very helpful and as expected, English speaking staff. To our surprise, when we sat down, the 'taxi driver' turned out to be one of the staff at the restaurant! He was an absolute star, a real 'character'!The owner of the restaurant came up to welcome us and we thought this was a very nice touch. The 'taxi driver' then came to explain the wine choices to accompany our meal. My goodness, fabulous food, fabulous wine, fabulous venue and excellent staff / service.Our taxi driver then turned out to be the 'Maître_fromager' and was extremely enthusiastic about the 'ridiculous' amount of cheeses on offer for the cheeseboard!A superb twist to the evening and we couldn't thank the staff or our surprise chauffeur for the evening. FANTASTIC.

The restaurant located in an old missionary serves a small menu with easy going meals and easy going service. Very cheap and in accordance with the meal. Not too fancy, but good to go. We had the local special "Zuur vlees" which was alright. The restaurant closes at 8 PM!!! So be in time.
