Lovely ambience, excellent service, and the best and most original pizza you can imagine. Well worth the price. Also fantastic tiramisu with original favors such as mango or coconut, besides the classic one.

Interesting and well thought out wine menu, and I can say the same for the food. Good, cheerful and knowledgeable service. If itâs just 2 of you, ask for the couch upstairs. Wash basin area is cute enough to mention!

First time here although I experienced the team in former restaurants, so I had high expectations about it. I left a bit disappointed though.Knowing the love for fresh food from the owner (in former restaurants) we asked for the "shells trio", a seafood mix: although prensentation is nice, the food was not really fresh or tasty... A pity.We moved to meat on the main course (home best speciality) and, although it was very well presented again, it did not met our high expectations -although it was good enough-.Not bad. Nice place. Good dish presentations. Staff a bit muddy (stressed at the beginning... Excellent at the end). This is a place I often return to. Yesterday, we had dinner there again and it was excellent as usual. Melina and Albert offer high quality upmarket cuisine abiding by the strictest traditional canons. This time we particularly enjoyed the stuffed bass. You definitely get value for money at the Ambassade de Llivia.

I had a fondue with my wife at the Fromatgerie and really enjoyed the dinner there.Great processional service, fast and efficient.We enjoyed a beef filet and had a chocolate coulant as dessert.Great place, great food, great service and on top of all, acceptable prices...You better reserve well in advance if you want to enjoy it as it is most of the time fully booked. No wonder why!

Although Llivia holds a bunch of my preferred restaurants, we decided to try this one too.Not disappointing at all, pretty good and nice actually, but still a step below in quality vs two others nearby... Although better in price.The place is actually very nice and charming. It is an old barn refurbished as a restaurant with a mix of old and brand new styles.Food is quite good, although not cosistent. Very good salads, very good trinxat... Not that good meats, at least not delivered in the best way: they bring the meat raw and a hot stone so you cook it at your best choice... But meat was almost frozen! Desserts can improve too.Still, the price is fair: closed menu (including desserts and quite good home wine) for 18â¬. Some dishes a have an extra (2⬠to 4â¬). Very cosy restaurant, I was seated upstairs as I did not want the alfresco tables due to the cold weather. The waiters speak some English, I understood some Catalan so it was not that bad.I had the scallops with rice, quite amazing how they managed to keep the seafood fresh even though it was located up high in the mountains. The traditional tomato bread was freshly made, and easily one of the best I have ever eaten.Do note that parking is a hassle in Llivia, my recommendation is to park along the main road, then climb up the hill where Can Ventura is located.
