My tour guide recommended this restaurant and he was spot on! This cute restaurant is small but the food is incredible. It is located on a picturesque street that is near the Charles Bridge. I ordered the ribs with a side order of finely grated horseradish. The ribs were so tender that the bones fell out.I showed up before 5:00 PM and was able to get a table before the evening crowd. Our table had a note that it was reserved for later in the evenings and that we could have the table for the next 90 minutes. We easily finished dinner in less than an hour. If you can't get there early then make a reservation. I will definitely come back here!

I was skeptical that the restaurant would be as good as the many reviewers stated. Happily, the experience was even better than I thought it might be. The food was uniformly excellent, and the staff was thoughtful and engaging. There were some wonderful signature drinks that were locally made. Both the gnocchi and escargot were great starters -- highly flavorful, tender, and expertly prepared. The main course were equally good. The chicken with a pappardelle-type pasta and light creamy red sauce was wonderful. The venison (5-types) goulash was delicious, as was the duck entree. The staff was like family hosts in the way they helped to recommend food and drinks. The price was quite reasonable, and I would strongly recommend this place without hesitation,Dear guest, thank you so much for your wonderful review, we are really pleased! An excellent venue - really interesting decor and it really is like a rabbit warren. Loved the interesting objects.The menu is amazing. It makes it really difficult to choose. They specialise in duck so that would be the easy choice! Only then you have to chose what type of duck! For starter my partner had duck foie gras which was amazing. I had the duck broth (a special) which was filling. For main we had half and half of the duck flambé and a duck breast. The flambé was great - we watched it being set alight! The wine is expensive but the Czech ones the cheapest - the red we chose was lovely.The waiter was friendly and did his job well.It was a little bit on the pricier side but well worth it.

I dined at the restaurant as part of a group that was attending a large international conference. I ate here with my girlfriend dinner and lunch the next day. On both occasions, the staff was very friendly and professional. I ate one of the best burgers in my life and a traditional Czech meal and I was extremely happy with it. They have also nice beer and all this for 25-30% cheaper than in the busy city center. There were not a lot of people, so we could enjoy our time.I want to recommend the place to everyone, who wants to eat good food, pay less than in the center and have a quiet time away from the masses of screaming tourists.Thank you for your visit and wonderfull review.
