I enjoyed eating at Casa Grande several times, in a special event and two times with some friends.Is a nice place, with terrace and 2 restaurants.I only eat in the second floor restaurant which is a nice saloon.The service was always good and every time i enjoyed delicious Romanian traditional food.I noticed that the restaurant was not fully booked at lunch time, as other restaurants in Bacau.But i can say it worth-ed eating in here every time because the prices were low and the food was good. In the evening is better to check out first because in the summer they are fully booked with matrimony's.

Non mi sarei mai aspettato di mangiare una Pizza Capricciosa fatta a regola d'arte. Ottimo impasto, buona ed abbondante la farcitura, eccezionale la cottuta omogenea.Molto garbo del personale, ambiente punitissimo e centrale.

Situated In the center of the city they have a nice colorful basement. The food price was very convenient, payed like around 2 euro for a delicios burger.

I stopped by because the terrace was looking really nice. I thought I will have one drink and leave, but I was convinced to try the food by the server. I ordered fish soup and fried fish with polenta. Soup amazing! Probably the best had in long time. The fried fish was nice cooked. Really fresh! I understood they bringing from Danube Delta! Good beer selection as well!

Simply the best food I could test in Romania !I stayed 4 month in the country and teh bets food I had was here : lot of different choices, good prices, perfect service... i specially enjoy the chicken ! I recommand it to everybody who wants to enjoy romanian food !

I went here as part of a family group as this place is supposedly one of the best restaurants in Bacau. Its not. First off its located in the snobbish Hotel Helen, where people keep mentioning they have 4 stars every time you ask a question they haven't got an answer to. It makes me wonder how that was certified. The restaurant itself is located very nice outside the hotel side, and is arguably the best feature of this place. The staff ignored my group of 6 people for 45 mins despite it being a casual week day. Nobody gave a damn. Like they were running on the 4* automation button expecting the people from the hotel to drop by like street dogs. Due to nature of my table was unable to document my food via pics. The food preparation and the waiter knowledge is like you would find in any restaurant here except its got a premium pricetag. Mantra is : lets use alot of sauce, and when we don't have sauce lets use salt. If you are westerner you will laugh, if you are some local dude with a business lunch from overseas you are gonna love it. Bottom line is: ignorant and downright unpleasant staff, way overpriced food for Romania and a general feeling that you arent really worth the trouble. Avoid. Same food double the price.
