Nice design, the man waiter is cool and welcoming as always. We ordered Cesar salad and warm salmon salad., both were tasteless unfortunately. The white souse is creamy but has no taste at all. Cesar had no cheese, very mediocre. Brandy had spirit smell and the recommended wine was of strong cheap quality. The lady-waiter looks a ghost, no emotion, no word. This place needs improvement.

The Boulevard restaurant is situated in a couple of minutes by walk vicinity from the waterfront of Malaya Bukhta (Little Creak), near the memorial garden and in front of several sanatoriums. This is a calm and nice place with grate interior and delicious food.Just a month ago after my vacation spent at the Paris, France I made a conclusion that food at the Boulevard is better than at same Paris restaurants.The staff of Boulevard is friendly and professional and I can definitely recommend this place for those who likes delicious food and nice time.
