Nieuw koffie- en theehuis in Heule. Dagverse koekjes en taartjes, zelfbereide zoetigheden geserveerd in een gezellig huiselijk kader waarbij de persoonlijke smaak van de klanten ten zeerste gewaardeerd wordt. Geniet nooit met mate, Stoffel en Nele.

Located in the outskirts of Kortrijk, in a new industrial area, this restaurant is situated in what looks like an old farmhouse. Nice interior decoration and warm welcome. Efficient service. Staff is exclusively female, except for the chef, as far as we could see. Maybe coincidence. The quality/price ratio of the menu is very good. No flexibility was offered to replace an item in the menu. Wines are a little expensive indeed, but well chosen.In a brasserie you may expect a lot of noise. But the acoustics in the room are quite bad. This always happens with a V-shaped ceiling and no other sound-deadening materials.

We had a family dinner late July 2017. Weather warm but rainy. The surroundings are absolutely unmatched: great lake, lush vegetation, away from the busy city of Kortrijk or Menen, well maintained gardens, flowers, green grass, simply nothing less than a park! The food is delicious, the service courteous and friendly, the wine (from a very limited choice) excellent for its price and the overall cost really affordable. It is no longer a tea-room but a full blown restaurant that deserves this name! I had a splendid evening with my family, somewhat unexpectedly but surprisingly of excellent quality!

We aten er met 2 vriendinnen. Bediening is super. Je kunt er leuk buiten zitten en ook binnen is het verzorgd. De weekmenu is zeker de moeite. 19 euro voor een 3 gangen en dat ook s avonds. Wij aten a la carte. Mijn salade scampi was wat weinig. Vooral sla, enkele tomaatjes en uit en scampi. Ik had er wat meer van verwacht.

Zaterdagavond gaan eten met onze kinderen bij Huby's place. Leuke plek, leuk ingericht. Fijne kaart met heel schappelijke prijzen. Keuze uit heel typische gegrilde vleessoorten met frietjes en wat salade. Vriendelijke bediening.

Excellent lunch for 15 euro. The best local dish is 'stoofvlees' - marinated beef in beer sauce. Friendly service. Good choice of beers and perfect coffee. Dog friendly.
