This HRC is in a very nice location, in a stand alone building with its own driveway and outdoor fountain! Very promising , so I thought.I visited on 25/8 at around 5:15pm and was considering having an early dinner there. The waitresses were all very nice, friendly and helpful, always asking if I needed any help, table etc. I spent some time at the shop browsing first, during which I noticed the tall waiter was giving me not so friendly looks, clearly didnât like me for unknown reasons. This is extremely off-putting since it completely goes against HRCâs slogan of LOVE ALL, SERVE ALL. He didnât even greet me, asked if I would like to be seated when I approached he dining area from the shop. Like or dislike aside (that can be debatable), that was him not even doing his job.I couldnât eat there, so I left. Then I was told by a waitress I couldnât go out from this way. Why? I came in from there, there were no clear signs, what is the difference, what is the big deal??Ate at Mustang Sally and then a Japanese restaurant instead, had a wonderful time. Couldnât imagine if I had stayed in HRC.

Absolutely fantastic burger. We have moved from the US to Curitiba two months ago. This burger place is right behind our house. We took advantage of a burger festival going on in the city to try it out. We were not disappointed. The burger selection is huge and everything tastes amazing! The line was huge but for obvious reasons: the food is fantastic!The restaurant is cozy, has a small but nice kids area and has outdoor seating for the summer. The outdoor siting area in the winter has some space heaters but you wouldn't want to sit there! Curitiba is very cold!They also have a cafeteria which has opened last week. The cafeteria has amazing deserts and it is inspired on Starbucks but forget about Starbucks taste. The food at their cafeteria is far better!The only complaints I have about this place is that because of the burger festival they have limited the choices you could get from the menu and have not allowed you to add/remove ingredients from the burgers. They were wrong doing this policy. The other complaint is about lack of estimated time of wait. They kept saying they did not know how long you would have to wait for a table.

A definite local favorite, this place attempts to reproduce an upscale US burger joint. The burgers are large and there is quite a wide variety of beef and chicken selections. The french fries are typical, but the crisp fried onion tanglers are a much better choice.

Was a "chilly" South American night, about 48F/9C out, but braved the cold to check this place based upon the recommendations of a friend.Place was tiny, and packed by about 7pm and the entire sidewalk in front of the place and it's neighbors was packed. Around 200 people or so, just figuratively and literally chilling on the sidewalk. Rather festive vibe.Ordering was done inside and easy enough. Limited selection on tap, but they were all good choices. Had a couple beers and the burger was pretty enjoyable as well. Might have stayed longer and for another couple rounds but for the cold.Would go again, easily.

Friendly staff and the place is very cozy and well decorated. The food is average, very good and well done but nothing different than others restaurants of this type. Two things differentiate them, the milkshakes (delicious) and the staff (friendly and highly motivated).
