The Sunrise Diner

Had lunch and breakfast on two different occasions. This is a old fashioned typical diner from years ago. The food is fresh. The portions are generous and the service was fine. For lunch I had the tuna fish sandwich which was obviously just made on fresh bread. For breakfast I had the omelette which came with potatoes. Again fresh and a generous portion. I would definately come back here again.

We don't have Waffle House where we're from, so we try to make a point of visiting one when we can. We had very good service, great food, and a reasonable price.

I ordered the Peruvian Stew and my wife got the Chicken Fried Rice off the lunch menu. My wife was turned off by the fact that the fresh sautéed fish was Swai a farmed variety that comes from China.Considering that there were pictures of fresh caught fish on the walls. I expected good fresh fish! Farm raised fish from China is not that!My stew came out and it was way to salty! I ate my stew but I did not like it! My wife hated her Chicken Fried Rice! She said it tasted like “greasy nasty rice”. The chicken she said was nasty and un edible! We will not be coming back! This restaurant will not be in business long! My wife ate none of her entree and left it on her plate! We went to McDonalds so she could eat lunch!

Marilyn's Cocoa Beach Diner

Fun family restaurant/diner. Old fashioned soda fountain, breakfast, lunch, hand-dipped milkshakes, & so much more!

Stopped in with the family from out of town during spring break. Is now called Marilyn's but was called Grace's grill. Food was average and included burgers hot dogs salad fried foods. We also ordered a shake. The service was pretty good we were hoping to get breakfast but they only served lunch from about starting at 11. It's an okay experience but not a place I would go to first when returning in the future. Also the smell of bleach and disinfectant has me somewhere between this place is really clean and what are they trying to cover up?
