This place is charming. The wait staff gracious and honest. Fish tacos and shrimp tacos were fantastic and served with white rice and black beans. Throw in two "skinny" margaritas and lunch for 2 was less than $35. A must do if in Jaco.

One of my favorite restaurant's in Costa Rica's Central Pacific area of downtown Jaco Beach, the Green Room has always offered incredible specials for meat lovers and vegetarians alike. ONe of the best offers is their special 3 slider offer with 3 beer samples on Mondays for $10.50 tax included! It is a joy to behold when your waitperson brings it to your table, and your choices are endless. Highly recommended for their food, ambiance, live and music, and super cool vibes. Great prices on everything, including their large draft beer selection.

We found this by accident, and we were glad we did. Amazing tacos that you get to custom make. Being from San Diego we have amazing Mexican food, but the meat here at Taco Joint blew us away. Everything tasted good. We actually got to meet and chat with the owner for a bit. Excellent service, excellent food, and good vibes. Pura Vida

Stopped in at Mono Verde for dinner. I sat at the bar, the bartender recommended the Mojito and it was one of the best I have had. The ceviche mix was fresh and tasty, watch outfit the hot sauce it has a kick. The bartender told me one of the specials was whole fried red snapper, again another tasty dish. Great experience, I would consider it a little pricey, but it is a vacation after all.

Homemade everything and excellent. The local coffee was very good. My boys were almost crying with enjoyment from their cinnamon rolls they had for breakfast. And my wife and I kept it simple but delicious. We went here twice in the 6 days we were in town. Actually, we tried to go a 3rd time, but they weren't open yet. So we went to a competitor and that was great too. Separate review! But if we're ever back in Jaco, we'll be back at The Coffee Shop guaranteed!

The gardens that Cindy and David have created are spectacular. My group of 4 went here on Valentine's Day and it was such an amazing experience. The walk through the gardens before dinner and taking in the breathtaking views was a great start to an amazing night. The food that was served was good. David was a wonderful host as Cindy was injured and not super mobile during our visit. taking time to visit with everyone. The open bar was fantastic. The quesadillas during appetizers were our favorite. I would definately recommend eating here and will do it again on my next trip to Costa Rica. Are here with some friends while in Jaco. Ordered virtually everything on the menu. Ambiance was perfect, relaxed. Food was outstanding. Service was attentive but not overpowering. Prices were more than reasonable. The prosciutto chicken was superb. Shrimp and grits amazing. Pork belly, ummm yes! Ribs were excellent. Tuna tower was wonderful. Highly recommend this gem. I am a real burger lover and always try to find great burgers everywhere i go. I saw this place and read some good reviews so i knew i had to give it a try. The menu looked great with a lot of options but the burger i had was just ok and the bun was especially terrible, it was too dry and fell apart after 2 bites. The price is very high and it doesn't even come with fries, i really think it wasn't worth it and i dont recommend it at all. It seemed to me that they really try to make food that would look good on Instagram instead of good quality burgers which is a shame. 80% of our Burgers are priced between $7 and $14 which is NOT expensive, it is about the same price as the Carls Jr Hamburger Chain or other restaurants in Jaco. Here are some FACTS for you.... We offer the Biggest Burger in Costa Rica, the Hottest Burger in Costa Rica, the Most Expensive Burger in Costa Rica, the Tallest Burger in Costa Rica, the Most Exotic Burger in Costa Rica and the Meatiest Burger in Costa Rica and one of the Largest Burger Ranges in Costa Rica with over 37 Different Burgers on our Menu. Our meat is fresh 100% Prime Beef supplied directly from a farm that raises grass fed animals, our fish was swimming on the ocean yesterday, our Buns are custom baked Artisan buns with potato and butter to our own recipe that we bake fresh every day in the restaurant, the cheese is delivered fresh from a farmer who hand makes it 15 km away, the salads and vegetables are delivered fresh every day and are of the highest quality. To be honest, we were hesitant about entering another brewery/beer establishment because our experiences with other breweries were subpar. But after agreeing that we just aren't club people, as we stood in a club, we decided to try Beer House out. It was a GREAT decision. Daniel was extremely friendly and the other patrons were too. We talked about our other not so stellar experiences and how we didnt have high hopes for this location. Daniel's selection got me excited about trying a couple other locations before we leave. The options were selected with care and a good palette... It shows. I HIGHLY recommend stopping by. It's a great escape from the Jaco hustle and bustle. The vibe was cozy and the pizza place brought the pizza to us. He took care of all our needs. Thanks for your positive review, I really appreciate it.
