Located in the eastern part of the Upper Silesian Industrial Region, Sosnowiec is one of the cities of the Katowice urban area, which is a conurbation with the overall population of 2.7 million people; as well as the greater Upper Silesian metropolitan area populated by about 5.3 million people. Already at the entrance shines a well equipped bar with premium alcohol, where even the bottom shelf, is top shelf. The food, the ingredients and service leaves nothing to add. Also language here is everything but a barrier.I couldn't recommend SmaQ enough.Dear Sir,I hope that this is just a mistake in writing and the language, however, was not a barrier. For employees, knowledge of foreign languages ââis essential! We are very happy that you appreciate our selection of alcohol, we try to have such a wide range to please even the most demanding tastes in this regard! I discovered Domolo during my short trip to Poland in July and I loved it. I visited the restaurant three times and witnessed many satisfied guests including solo visitors, couples, groups of friends, business travellers and families with children and even dogs. Great location: close to a lake, parks and the city. Friendly atmosphere: prompt service, check-ins with the restaurant manager/chefs and pleasant conversations with the owners. Yummy food: especially black spaghetti with shrimp, cod risotto and Ninaâs pancakes. Elegant interior with great patio and designated space for children. It is a very new restaurant on the path to become a well-established place to enjoy food and spend quality time.Wow, we love your opinion and could not hope for a better one :). The interior looked neat, stylish modern, although there were few to appreciate on a Thursday evening as only one table (with 9 guests) was occupied.The starter of asparagus had good strong flavour, to be followed by an equally strong flavoured salmon with acrid-tasting smoked mashed potatoes. Pleasant for the first few bites, but too much to be memorable. Service was OK, and the bill for 9 including coffee came about 1200 PLN.Not bad.

This restaurant fails to deliver even adequate service. At the outset the order for drinks, starter and main is taken and all goes well but thereafter you are left totally unattended. Getting a waiter to even come to your table is impossible and I saw many other guests having to leave their table and go up to a waiter to get a response. Just ordering a dessert, a coffee or the bill is so frustrating. Now this is quite a common experience and should be a simple job to get right.The food is average and typical of Polish food - heavy and fatty but hearty and warming - spoilt by such poor lack of attention.Will I go back. Probably not...â¦.

This review was composed by my husband who just came back from a business trip in Polsand: I was very much impressed with the design, the high quality of food and the professional service at the Magiel Kulinarny restaurant of 41-200 ul. Warszawska I Sosnowiec, Poland. I wouldn't have imagined that such a place really exists in a relatively peripheral and rather old-fashioned town. This is really a breakthrough, initiated by young people who insist to do it differently. I found later that the place is mentioned as one of the best 100 restaurants all over Poland, and rightly so. The way they cook is extremely original and imaginative, so with the soup (tomato), the main course (risotto) and the desert (baked apple). As a vegetarian, who had problems in a getting good meals without eat around Poland, I was grateful for them for directing me patiently (and with basic English) throughout the menu so that I could find the very best items that would fit my very special needs.
