Food is ok, but for the price not worth it! Very expensive for what you get. Not the best service and around the swimming pool area the people behave very inappropriate for a family restaurant. Been there before and it was the same (we went there as a family). They will definitely not see us again! I am more than a little disappointed to hear you describe inappropriate behaviour around the pool - as this is certainly something that we don't condone, and very rarely have cause for concern over. I would be very grateful if you would contact me directly (via the address on our TripAdvisor, or web page), so that I can gain a better understanding of what you experienced. Although I'm not always at the hotel personally, I am usually very in touch with things that concern our guests - and inappropriate behaviour I am very surprised wasn't reported to me!Grateful for your further feedback. We visited Lalayi over Easter weekend and it was veritably blissful. The accommodation is beautiful, serene and luxurious. The restaurant offers a wonderful blend of local fare cooked to perfection. And the pool is glorious.We went on a game drive which showcased the beautiful surrounds (which are substantial), and we saw zebra, waterbuck, puku, bushbuck, and giraffe. This was exciting for me as a South African as I had never seen a puku or a Defassa waterbuck.In addition you can visit the wonderful elephant sanctuary just down the road. Chicago reloaded is a must visit place with Lusaka Town for a good night experience. The place offer a kind of outdoor chill for fresh air and night sky view. Though mostly crowded and sometimes the service is quite bad due to trying to meet almost all clients needs, the staff are friendly and professional.For a good treatment experience having a seat in the VIP will help you have quick service and a view of the place of the place from all angles.Great music at the place and very friendly people around the place who are all down for fun.For a great night the place is a must visit.
