Upmarket venue for that special dinner, tasteful decor with well trained waitrons. Suggest that reservation is made as I have been there on week nights and always well supported.

Lovely ambiance, sitting upstairs on the balcony on a balmy spring evening. We had fantastic salads to start, and my wife's main course of seared tuna was delicious. Unfortunately my 400g rump was most disappointing. It was as if it had been cooked on a coldish grill. It was a bit grey and tough, not the seared outside and pink and juicy inside one expects. I ordered a pepper sauce which helped somewhat. This was a pity because overall the evening was great !

Not a single bad word to say about ROCOS, this is a regular visit for us, atleast once every 2 weeks, never had a bad meal. Having visited the Boksburg Rocomamas before, I was hesitant to eat here as I thought that it would be a very similar experience. This restaurant is smaller and therefore a more enjoyable vibe. The service was much better here and the attitude of our waitress was pleasant and she had a sense of humour. Lovely time was had by all.Thank you for the rocking review, Gary. We love knowing what makes our customers RocoFans! :)

Just a warning to all who reads these reviews - this establishment has undergo major changes at the end of 2012 and is now much more seedy bar than family restaurant. The restaurant area has no ambience or warmth. The food is average at best. I would not recommend it as a restaurant. There are much better places to enjoy a meal in the area.
