I have been here a few times before when I’m in Farnham as I’m a vegan and get excited when there’s a vegan cafe /restaurant etc (lol) ....I went here with my mum yesterday as a treat for a hot chocolate as I have taken my nieces here before aswell and I know the hot chocolates are really nice! Although, chances are I don’t think I will be coming back for a hot chocolate again unfortunately....not at nearly £5 each! Shame because otherwise it’s a lovely little vegan place with a zero waste shop but just can’t justify £5 for a hot chocolate Hello,Sorry you feel it’s expensive. The hot chocolates are £3.50 but if you take into account they are made with organic cocoa powder, plant milks and have cream and mini choc buttons included in that price (if you opted to have them) and they come with a free biscuit it’s actually comparable or cheaper other high street alternatives :)Kind regardsSam

I visited The Lost Boy this last week for the first time. I did email directly but I did not receive a response which I feel is disappointing as I prefer to give people the opportunity to fix before everyone reads about it. It is a beautiful building and has been beautifully renovated and I hoped that my food would match the decor but I was a little disappointed that it didn't.I ordered chopped avocado and both pumpkin seeds and chilli were missing, along with the eggs being closer to boiled eggs than poached egg, they were completely hard. My friend had the same problem as she ordered eggs benedict. It was pretty quiet at the time we visited. Had someone been around to discuss this with I would have mentioned this but without having to get up and leave our table, we just decided to eat them. The young lady that served us did not ask if everything was ok, otherwise I would have told her that we were disappointed.I do feel that The Lost Boy are going to have to up their game to stay competitive in Farnham.Hi Vikki,Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback.Firstly, thank you for choosing to contact us directly but I am sorry you did not receive a reply to your email - I can assure you this wouldn't have been intentional, it just may not have come through to us. We are very proud of the standard of the food we offer and we are sorry to hear that we missed the mark on this occasion. We would like the opportunity to discuss your visit with you further - would you consider sending an email to our central team at [email protected] where it will certainly be picked up and responded to. We do hope this hasn't deterred you from visiting us again as we would love to welcome you in the future.Kind Regards,CaitlinThe Lost Boy Team
