I stayed in Aguas Calientes for two nights to visit Machu Picchu. Ate at a number of restaurants, but Incontri was by far my favorite. Ended up eating twice - one dinner and one lunch because of how much I enjoyed the dinner. Pizza was fantastic, crust was nice and thin with a good crunch. Toppings tasted fresh and were nicely varied. Had a vegetarian pizza for dinner and a sausage parmesan mushroom one for lunch. Both were filling, and if I hadn't been on long hikes might have been large enough for two to share.They have WiFi, but you need to ask for the password. Didn't try dessert, but was offered without pressure.Interestingly we were there for dinner on holloween evening, and the staff were fantastic with the kids coming in for candy.All around great service and great food!Estimado ClienteEstuvimos muy contentos de atenderle y querÃa extender la mano y decirte gracias por entrar a nuestro restaurante, aunque fácilmente podrÃas haber ido al local de al lado. Awesome hidden Peruvian inspired cuisine! Stopped in for lunch after arriving in Aguas to trek Machu Picchu in AMâ¤ï¸We started with the Maracuya sour OMG!Happy thoughts...Then we had the chef special antipasto, super unique!-trout pate, alpaca ham, choclo con queso, salami, fried cheese wedges, array of small breads....WOW!My partner had the trout carpaccio and I had the Peruvian pumpkin soup...AMAZING!!! We Love supporting small businesses that use fresh local food fareThanks!We are glad to know that you enjoyed a good experience with us, our staff is wonderful and unique like our menu, our trout carpaccio is amazing! like our pumpkin soup! thanks for coming! we hope to see you again one day.

Wanted a lighter meal and a change from Peruvian food. The chicken quesadillas were exactly what we needed and were delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this restaurant.

This was an amazing eatery offering an eclectic menu. I ordered something new for myself wanting to try some Peruvian ethnicity, and standard pepperoni pizza for the kids. The Alpaca was amazing, grilled to perfection. The cuy was an experience for sure. The pizza really surprised me, better than home in Texas. The cheese was so fresh and tons of it!!!. This place was so good we came back a second night and would have a third if our trip hadn't ended. If you find yourself here, try the stuffed avocado, you won't regret it. OH, but they are kid of slow, so expect a bit of a wait.
