I have no idea how many "Gyouza no Oushou" are around in Japan. This is one of those many Japanese-style Chinese Restaurant Chain's restaurants in Yosano Town, not too far away from Amanohashidate on Highway 176 where it splits to Highway 312.Since it's a restaurant chain restaurant, 99% of its menu remains the same, but there's usually one or two something very local. For this restaurant it's a dish that uses the local green pepper called "Mangan-ji Pepper."Since this restaurant is located in the countryside, it may not be always open, especially on weekdays in the afternoon (between 2:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.) due to the lack of ample customers in Yosano Town.
