Such a nice little family-owned restaurant. No waiting and great food; dining room is small tho and you get to seat yourself. There are tablecloths on each table and the waiter is very friendly. Lunch is $6 served from 11am to 3pm Monday thru Saturday and it is good. You get soup, chicken fried rice, egg roll and fortune cookies! We had the best sweet sour chicken and it appeared that it hadn't been sitting around for days. Great soup and large egg roll. I liked the sweet sour sauce it came with too. The place is clean and neat with lots of take-out people coming and going. Try it, you'll like it and so very reasonable.

We are regulars for their smoothie drinks. They have a handful of flavors, such as mango, coconut, watermelon. Add in the tapioca and it's a delicious treat!The menu is more diverse than what you usually see. For example, a few curry dishes that add a unique twist. The meat is always moist and the veggies taste very fresh.The dining area has about 8 tables, without feeling too cramped. The parking lot is usually packed, but the food is too good to pass up!Check out their pricing for catered pans of food. It's been a welcome change to our usual party spread.

We came to Rose's Restaurant after an afternoon movie at the Bensenville Theatre. We weren't sure what to expect, but we were not let down. Rose's Restaurant is located on W. Irving Park Rd., just west of York Rd. It is a family-operated restaurant and it shows. They have been in business a little less than a year. We were seated immediately and our server was at our table quickly. We ordered a combination fried rice and a Mongolian beef. We also chose the appetizer of teriyaki beef sticks. Everything tasted good and was fresh. On many of the menu items, Rose's Restaurant offers two or three different sizes.
