I'm on assignment in Qingdao and I tried this place with a fellow Expat co-worker the other day.If you're looking for a traditional western style steak, keep moving. The steaks here are thin like a pork chop, served on a sizzling platter and are well done. We walked in and were greeted by the friendly staff, seated, and handed menus, then immediately asked if we wanted to order. We asked for some time, and looked over the selection. Nothing on the western menu looked good. So we each opted for a Chinese dish. When we called the waiter back, they did not have either choice on the menu. So we ended up ordering a bunch of appetizers.The appetizers were popcorn chicken, calamari, and fried shrimp. The food quality was sub Chili's and the calamari was whole small squid, rolled in some panko and fried. Everything was served with a side squeeze packet of ketchup.Won't be back.

If you like Cantonese or Qingdao style Chinese cuisine, with lots of seafood, its a must. Ofcourse I may be bias in my comments, I dont think is the best Chinese Restaurant in China, but is certainly one of the top three in all of Qingdao. Prsonally I love the food, and great unlimmited Dim Sum Brunch on Sundays. ;-)
