Okay, how great can any Chinese Cuisine be from a mall food fair with only themselves and the neighbouring Orange Julius? I wanted something quick and was totally taken aback by the quality. I had chicken fried rice, beef with sacha sauce and sweet and sour boneless pork. I still had a two and half hour drive but this was so good that I ordered the same to go and it was just as good when I heated it up after I arrived at my room in Grande Prairie. The very nice lady serving me, had added a few pieces of a beef that seemed like a type of brisket and it was incredible. I will stop by on my next Fort St. John visit and if I do not have the time to stop and eat, I will grab my Chinese goody basket for later consumption when the craziness of the day gives way to relaxing in front of my television. I'm hungry already.

We went to Sungs Chinese Restaurant shortly after they re-opened after extensive renovations. Definitely an improvement! Very clean looking, (always important to us where ever we eat out) and has had major improvements such as the restroom is now upstairs on the main level instead of having to go downstairs. The smorgasbord has changed a bit, was very tasty with a wide variety of items available including Chinese food, small salad bar and desert bar. Service was very prompt and pleasant. Definitely will return!

Ok here we go again.Living in fort st john i guess you have to get used to restaurants closing very early.Had a craving for chinese food at 9 pm one evening,phoned 3 different places and they were closed.Ended up with Mings which was open tried to view there fuzzy menu on the computer,but could not read it of course.So decided to get the dinner for 5,thinking there would be a little of everything.WRONG.Food came fast,however there was no chow mien noodles in the dinner for 5 which is weird.The deep fried food was very heavily battered and for some reason we got a container of gravy???will not eat here ever again.
