We were staying near Tucepi in Croatia during a weekâs holiday In June 2019. We had never been to the area and chose to eat at Restaurant Tenor as it was very welcoming.During our weeks stay we had two wonderful meals at the restaurant and on both occasions the food and service were fantastic. Our group ate a variety of meals from the menu including traditional Croatian dishes and we could not fault the quality and presentation of the food. Our lovely waiter could not have been more helpful and on both occasions we had the most wonderful experience.I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are visiting the area and if you enjoy steak; you are in for a treat.Amazing value for money!

We went 2 to this place. A rather big menu choice and fast service. Personal works hard and really friendly. Place has even a small car park which is an advantage in Makarska. Without reservation you have a good chance to get a table.

After a two year absence we were delighted to dine again at Salty Sweet. The Pork in honey was brilliant as was the delicious tuna and fillet steaks. This restaurant goes the extra mile to look after the customer. Well done Daniel, hopefully we will pass Makarska way again one day.Responses like these always motivate us to push forward, thank You!SaltySweet team.

Marina was a great find on our first night in Makarska. Staff were friendly and service was very good, My son and I both had the steak. Absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection - we had asked for medium/rare. Would thoroughly recommend this lovely restaurant.

Both me and my boyfriend each ordered a piece of meat with potatoes. The meat was medium just as promised, but the vegetables were a big disappointment. The vegetables looked like classic wok vegetables that you can buy in a freezer counter and therefore tasted like that.For dessert, we ordered a chocolate cake and creme brulee. The chocolate cake tasted amazing while the creme brulee was a big disappointment as it had way too much unburned sugar on top.To top it all, both me and my boyfriend felt that the waiter was uninterested in serving us as he never asked how the food tasted and if we wanted something more to drink. Moreover we felt like he was prioritizing other guests and therefore we hardly saw him so we had to order drinks and desserts from his colleagues instead.Visit this restaurant if you want a place with a beautiful view, not food. Spend your money somewhere else.
