Stopped here for a late lunch / early dinner around 4 o'clock on a Sunday. Had to wait for a table, but that did not take long. Nice atmosphere and the toilet was very clean. The menu is in Ukrainian, not sure if they have other language options. Some waitresses spoke Ukrainian, some spoke Russian. All very polite and professional. Food came out of the kitchen quickly and everything was delicious. The bill came at £3.50 (horilka + chicken pate + potato and mushroom vareniki + apple, cranberry and cinnamon vareniki). I wish they had the Napoleon cake on the menu!

We had a reservation for a special table in the terrace and was surprised to see when we arrived that other people had this table...the restaurant said it was reserved under the same name, and they mixed. We was 7 people and was placed inside and it was not good...very small place for us, and this was disappointing. I suspect that the people that had our table was more important people - or paid for the table, i dont know. But it was disappointing as we had friends from different countries and looked forward to a nice evening. But, the food was good - so i will be back. The waiters need to check reservations more carefully.

Velyurov located in the old part of the city of Chernigov - opposite the Philharmonic.In this restaurant, people love to meet up with friends, business partners, eat well and spend a nice evening. Number of seats 30.

Visited with my family. Terrace is very nice, especially if you have good table on the edge. Food was tasty. Service was nice. Waiters are not very quick but since it was very comfortable there we've spent very nice time there.Strongly recommend

Tourist trap restaurant for the Chernihiv elite. Better to cross the square and have some good food in one of the street cafe's for half the price. View from terrace, is the only cool thing

Really good interior inside the restaurant.Small portions of overpriced meal. Caesar salad is two times expensive than average price and two times less size of the portion.
