Karla, Nauticos owner along with her husband, has been trained by famous chefs that worked in the US Embassy, won scholarships to study in other countries, and is a highly creative and adventurous chef. In a Central American small city, almost at roads end, we get to eat sushi, Thai, authentic Honduran, Chinese food - all very delicious and a treat for us world travellers. Don't be afraid to come to Trujillo Honduras - it's nothing like the big cities.

We had been looking for a place to eat... in a narrow cobbled streets place never designed to receive masses of holiday makers it was quite a relieve to find a place that wasn't super-crowded, full of unattended kids or simply open beach-front shack look-a-like eatery. A/C functioned and place was clean. We found our food superb. Mariscadas even included lobster tails... really worth the money!! Absolutely recommended to visit.
