Joan and Alâs guesthouse and restaurant reflect the nature and beauty of Dominica. The landscape is spectacular with lots of friendly birds around to observe. The rooms are very comfortable - you can even pick fruit from the trees near the balcony! We really enjoyed the family team at Le Petit Paradis: Joan cooks delicious, healthy meals and Al is an waiter-extraordinaire! Theyâve done well to advertise themselves along the winding, country road - just keep following the signs. Joan and Al are genuine people who are proud of their country. Wotten Waven is a great location to base yourself in order to explore the Southern interior of Dominica. Trafalgar Falls, Middleham Falls, Titou Gorge, the Boiling Lake and loads of other exciting locations are nearby. After an energetic day itâs not far to enjoy healing hot sulphur pools.

We came here for lunch and were treated to amazing views of Castle Bruce. We all had the fish that was quite good and accompanied with lots of provisions. They threw a sample of infused rum before lunch. Staff was friendly and service pretty quick. Well worth the drive.

It was a day with no cruise ship in Roseau, so this place was almost empty at lunch time. The waitress informed us that there is ony one dish available: Chicken, Vegetables and Rice. It was fine with us. 30 minutes later the waitress passed by again, telling us that it would take 20-30 minutes for the dish to be ready. This was too much for us, so we paid for the drinks and left to 'Le Petit Paris', where we were served almost immediately. While waiting at the Ruins, in a building that from the outside really appears as a ruin, we had fun looking at details of this original place. There are wooden tables with benches under a tin-iron roof and all kind of funny decors, like animal skulls and flags, even one of the old Soviet Union. The drink I had was new to me: 'Desperados Red', a red-coloured beer from Heineken, bottled in St.Lucia, with Tequila, Cachaça and Guarana flavour. 5,9% and not too bad.

Located in the heart of downtown Calibishie.
A super spot on the beach, fish below and pelicans and kingfishers flying around. Can definitely recommend the pork and the shrimp.

After a brief walk to Trafalgar falls, stumbled on this joint on the way down the mountain. Right on the road with river views way below out the back. No menus- the waiter merely asked us " chicken, fish or goat?" All were excellent, served w/ rice, beans and salad.

Kozy Niche is an Italian American style, family restaurant. We serve chicken wings in a variety of mouth watering ways, pasta dishes reminiscent of Italy, steak, burgers and subs and too many wonderful dishes to mention. We cater for vegetarians, vegans a
You can have better food and drinks elswhere for less.We asked for wine from the winelist, but they had none of the wines mentioned in the list. They had two other, one red and one white from a discount producer. No good wine and they still charged ecd 60+Then we asked for beer. Here was the nearly the same problem, but we got another one.The waitress thinks that her job is to play with her smartphone and play loud disco music. I would expect it was to serve customers. The food is ok, but expensive for what it is.So if you are looking for a place to eat where they are playing so loud music so you cannât hear what is said, when you talk together. If you are looking for a place with no service. And if you are looking for a place where you cannât get a decent wine and your are willing to pay overprice - then you have found it.I had read all the good reviews, thatâs ehy we went there, but the must be out of date.Thank you for your review. Please allow me to clear up a few in accurate points about your comments. While we did not have the wine Trevento brand thst you wanted. Berenger is considered a good replacement. Fridays is our soca night and it was the opening of Carnival. We lowered the music but even tho others customers were enjoying the atmosphere u insisted on us changing the music. The waitress Natalia apologised and explained that to you..At Kozy's Niche we go the extra mile to guarantee excellent customer service and we are indeed sorry that the music and wine selection spoilt your dining experience with us.

Pagua Bay Bar & Grill is located at Pagua Bay House, located in Hatton Garden; just 3 miles South of the Douglas-Charles Airport. Open for lunch daily from 11am - 4pm to the public & breakfast and dinner by reservation - reserve via email, text, whatsapp
Pagua Bay Bar and Grill was simply fantastic at every meal. Lots of variety/selection including favorites from home and local influences (goat meat, plantains, local fresh fruit) that made every meal amazing. The fresh local fruit juices in the morning were a great treat, and served as a great cocktail later in the evening. Best place on the island to eat and stay, with a views that make the whole experience serine!

This little slice of paradise is owned by a big Canadian named Troy, and he is very welcoming and friendly. His kitchen puts out some wonderful meals. You can get the usual items like cheese burgers and french fries, but also several different fish to choose from, including Lion Fish. We have also had the large River Prawns and Octopus Chowder. and Conch when available. He has a small swimming pool right next to the open pavilion dining area, perfect for the kids to play in,.or even the adults that want to cool off. We eat here often when we are visiting Calibishie.
