We stayed at the Greenwood Inn and in addition to some other pluses, there is a good restaurant on site. We had dinner as well as breakfast there. Service is very friendly and they make you feel welcome upon entering. The establishment is not very big and there is enough staff to ensure service is swift. Huge portions for breakfast with all the classics. Dinner was equally good with fresh cod (of course it is fresh here). I had the fish and chips and my wife the cod loins, both equally mouthwatering. You are treated like family and the Newfoundland accent added some couleur locale. Upbeat music in the morning combined with coffee got the engine running. Really enjoyed the experience. To be repeated.Thank you very much for taking the time to review our restaurant. I am happy to hear you enjoyed your time with us. We try to put forth 100% effort in our service. Good choice on the supper, our fish is fantastic. We can't wait to serve you again.

My Wife and I went here for dinner because they are dependable and it was Sunday.nightand many restaurants were closed. My Wife ordered the primavera fettuccine and I ordered the jambalaya fettuccine both were very good but there was so much food we could not finish. We also each had a Corona and the bill was $52.30.

Serving staff at the buffet style counter are rude and we overheard them gossiping about the customers served before us. Food is sub standard and filled with salt. Food handling by buffet staff is questionable. Handling food without tongs, hair was long and dangling down and she was coughing into her hand prior to handling food with her bare hands. Would not recommend based on that alone. Servers were rude and argumentative to each other.

With a million different combinations of wing flavors if you are a wing fan this is the place for you. Love the concept and anticipate there will be more of these opening across Atlantic Canada. The wings and fries are fantastic. Also tried the flatbreads, which are great. Ideal for take out, I would recommend this to anyone looking for amazing fast food and take out options. I am a lover of spice - so to be honest I haven't figured out the best spice level yet. But I am working on the combo.......See you soon Wing'n It

I have eaten here many times...usually for breakfast because its in the hotel we always use if we are here overnight.They have a breakfast special if your staying there for $6.95.Service is quick and friendly with great foodThank you for taking the time to leave us a review. It took just 15 minutes for my pizza to be ready for pick up. The order went thru easily and the counter clerk was very friendly. Crust is substantial and toppings are plentiful. Sauce is on the spicy side but if you like a small amount of heat you will enjoy this. The sit down area is nothing fancy but did appear to be clean and on par with other independent pizza places. It was my first visit but it won't be my last.

As guests at the Glynmill Inn, we decided to try the Wine Cellar for dinner! The reason we hesitated was because of the lousy service we had at breakfast at the hotelâs other restaurant, the Carriage House. We were glad we gave the Wine Cellar a chance because the food was scrumptious and the service by Shelley was outstanding! She was the only staff and was hostess, greeter, server, basically she was running from one end of the restaurant to another and without missing a smile! She stayed professional all through. She made our dinner even more special with her amazing service & attention. Thanks so much for the 5-stars. We really appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us and so happy to hear that you enjoyed your meal.

My boyfriend and I wanted to have a nice romantic supper while in corner brook for the weekend. With little choice in quaint restaurants, we decided to try this place. It has a small dining room, about 5-6 tables. It wasnât crowded and it didnât feel congested. The air conditioning didnât seem to be working but our waitress was more than helpful trying to get the temperature down in the dining room. The meal was average nothing extraordinary but the portions are massive! You will not be going home hungry from this place. A cute little restaurant hidden away with nice food and service. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet dinner for 2.
