Great hotel, great food, very fair prices. Great for kids. The owners thought about all details to ensure you enjoy your stay there. Warm, very pleasant pool, saunas, jacuzzi... Quality ski equipment... Will go there again :)

Die Jausenstation liegt am sehr schönen Rundweg von Milders über Forchach und Kartnall nach Neustift. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Gletscherwelt im Stubaital. Zum Essen gibt es Schmanckerln aus der regionlen Küche, sehr gut zubereitet. Serviert wird von der Chefin persönlich.

We came across this cafe whilst walking along the river path between Neustift and Milders and stopped for a drink.Inside is clean and modern with free WiFi and there is a good selection of meals and snacks, all freshly prepared.The walls are floor to ceiling, full width, picture windows offering great views across the valley and up towards the glacier.Outside is a lovely, mainly south facing, terrace with outdoor seating.This is a nice venue to take a break and enjoy something sweet, or savoury, as part of a walk or as a destination in it's own right.There are apartments to rent above the cafe and this would be a nice base if visiting Neustift.

Food not too bad. Owners/managers, however, seem to think that 30 years in the industry gives them the right to be rude and arrogant to their guests. Clearly then, 30 years in the industry doesn't correlate to developing a sense of customer service. Never again. There's plenty of better places to choose from.

we serve good old traditional Austrian Food but also delicious Pizzas in a nice Restaurant in the middle of the Wipptal valley between Innsbruck and Brenner

Was actually looking for another place when passed by Platzl a few times. It didn't look inviting from the outside. The first room entering is nice all though people are allowed to smoke. Next room looks more like a bar but then there is a third room - A non smoking room! Very nice Austrian style with only a few people. We all ordered different kind of "Schnitzel" and it was all delivered within 10min after ordering. The Wiener Schnitzel is on the large size - even kids schnitzel was huge for a 6 year old. All tasted good, great beers too.

We were a group of 21 staying here on a dinner b/b basis. The breakfast was fine, the usual mix of cold meats, cheese, cereals, yogurt and breads. Our evening meals were 4 courses, starting with a selection of salads, then soups (creamy usually and rather similar) then mains either fish, meat or veggie. Quality was fine really, not top notch but country fare and somedays better than others. Puddings were lovely too.No complaints except the flies buzzing round were a nuisance but you get that in the country.
