When you canât face one more tapas meal - FILO is a great alternative for a healthy breakfast/lunch. My rye bread with avocado, salmon and poached eggs was delicious. A word of warning - ask for the eggs hot as they usually serve cold. Thanks for your opinion.It is true that we have everything for starting the day with energy for example with our energetic breakfast.We usually warn the poached eggs with hot water before serving, we do not know why it was cold but we assure you that is not the way to serve it.
