Lunch is served at this tiny little restaurant, tucked away on Bay St. The daily menu greets you with fragrances the moment you open the door. Just follow your nose and you'll know what to order. I've had soup, salad and cheese toasties, all of which were delicious. The friendly staff make you feel welcome, like you've dropped into a friends kitchen and they were expecting you. They don't try and hurry you at all. Food is priced fairly. Restaurant is accessible with just one step up and parking right outside. It feels like the kind of place you could make a habit of going to, every day.

We are so glad we found this cafe through trip advisor. The coffee was excellent and i was so excited to try a Matcha latte ...i got the chocolate raspberry flavour...mmm. its rare to find a place that knows how to prepare "raw" and "gluten-free" food options so we are grateful to dicover this option. It is quiet and quaint. The only is a lovely and friendly chef and she shared some literature, art and spiritual wisdom with us leaving us with a feeling of way more than a coffee rush. I had a smile on my face for hours from such a positive vibe it that cafe. If you want soul food, great coffee and an inspiring boost in your day this is the place to go. No coincidences.

If you haven't been to Agostino's you are missing out! A family run deli/bakery with imported Italian food items! It's a busy place especially at lunch when everyone is grabbing a specialty sandwich. Nothing beats the Lucy special! A must do while in Tbay!!

There isn't another coffee shop in Thunder Bay with the outside seating capacity that this place has and if you don't want to sit outside under an umbrella you can sit inside in the air conditioned building. They have home baked Italian pastries, lattes, coffee, gelato ice cream.....the cannoli's are a bit on the high sid at $3.50/piece, but it's a nice treat and tastes really good
