My meal was almost perfect. Very balanced and tasty. However, if something isn't available on the menu they should tell you before you order (or even at least when you order - not come back later).The service was lacking. The older waitress was verging on rude and ignoring me. If she had smiled her face would have cracked. The younger waitstaff seem to have had no training and no idea of what they were doing apart from placing meals on the tables. They seemed 'nervous' and unsure of themselves, seemed to avoid taking orders and not around unless delivering food to tables. One of them wanted to take my plate away although quite obvious I hadn't finished my meal. Not one single one of them smiled.I was disappointed to see the old tree gone. It would be so hot there in the summer.They will need to lift their standards if they want to remain open and attract customers.

Meet with friends for a Sunday breakfast. whilst the menu s definately slanted toward those with a sweet tooth, there is more than an adequate selection of dishes for the savoury palette.The wait staff were friendly and very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen whilst being small was well run and food seemed to take no time in appearing, was presented beautifully and totally yummyI can honestly say this place is well worth a visit

Really friendly service, good coffee, well-priced food. I really like the butter chicken but if youâd prefer Aussie takeaway, then thereâs plenty of that too.Perfect for grabbing a quick bite to eat or your morning cuppa.

This place was always going to be a hit or miss establishment. However, recent visits have been more impressive than disappointing therefore it is worth a second or third try. Friendly staff greet patrons and provide a nice selection of breakfast items and decent coffee. Their mason glass thick shakes are well flavoured and you can get a great "muggacino" . Nice pancakes with butterscotch sauce, great eggs, and an extremely filling "George's Special". Nice outdoor seating available .

Not terribly disabled friendly inside. Walked all the way around the (small) block to get to back of cafe for view of river. Bill enjoyed his coffee and burger. I ordered meatballs and gingerbeer. Drink never arrived. Meatballs were nice. Service was OK.

We have raved before about Alina's superb offerings of food, ambience and coffee, so it was this time around. We have popped in for lunch three times in the last few weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the beautifully prepared and tasty food, those deliciously dangerous sweets and the sublime coffee. Having more recently taken to drinking cold-pressed coffee, we were delighted that Alina could brew us up some bottles of the best Little Marionette coffee, to take away with us.

We decided to have a breakfast meal at this venue. It was extremely filling and we did not eat for the rest of the day. However staff found have been a little friendlier.

This eggs Benedict is just perfectly done. You order an eggs Benedict and you get an eggs Benedict, as it should be. Excellent hollandaise, precision in the poaching, a real English muffin, no funny jawbreaker breads, no salads or slaws, no fusion, no Asian spices or seeds, no flowers and NO CORIANDER! Gorgeous staff, I'm ready to go back anytime.

Went here for breakfast this morning with my Husband, he had the big breakfast with hollandaise sauce on the side and I had bacon, eggs and toast with haloumi. It was a little bit pricey costing us $47 (without any drinks added), but everything was perfectly cooked and we enjoyed every bit of it! All up we were happy with the atmosphere (you can choose to sit out the back alongside the river which I would recommend) and it was very friendly customer service.I recommend going when you have a little extra cash to slurge not if you're looking for a cheapish meal.

Great atmosphere and service with a smile The food was yummy waiting time a little bit long for what we orderedconsidering the place was not packed.I ordered a meal that should have come with chips but they were separate.Otherwise the venue was very clean and friendly
