It's a Modern decorated Restaurant, with a wide variety of foods and it's tasty. The personal is very nice and attentive. The Restaurant is part of the U Jomtien Hotel and located directly at the beach. There is strong ownership by the management in ensuring a favorable experience by the patrons, some who appear to frequent the place regularly. Great setting (with a sea/beach view), dining ambience and dish selections (with large portions). Live music bands perform typically two nights per week. A strong recommendation to book ahead. We came for dinner and had salad, entrees, dessert and multiple drinks. All very delicious and reasonable in cost. And the band our night was most excellent. A definite place to return. (We understand the breakfast and lunch offerings are excellent as well.)It is most gratifying to hear your positive comments and review. I was staying in a hotel not far from this place and a couple of times we came here for the all day breakfast which I have to say was excellent. The nicest breakfast I've had for a long time. There is a great range of food and the place is clean. Staff were very friendly and overall the place was quiet at the best of times so you could really relax in there for a bit. Toilets were also very spacious and clean. Highly recommended.

Jasmin's is really easy to find on Pattaya Klang (also called central Pattaya road), on the right after crossing second road and heading towards the beach. It's one of these small, smart, modern, fashionable places popular with foreign tourists and trendy locals which seem to be springing up all over Thailand (it was packed out and we only just managed to get a table). I particularly liked the shady outside terrace with all its plants and a very beautiful (non-resident) black kitten scavenging for scraps. The food is another fusion mixture of Thai and Western. The four of us selected: chicken wings, fried rice with king prawns, chicken peppers and cashew nuts, chopped aubergine with minced pork, two bowls of steamed rice and one pork quarterpounder stackerburger topped with lettuce, fried onions and sliced tomato, held together by a wooden stick and accompanied by crispy fries. The burger proved excellent. Maybe the spicing on the Thai dishes had been toned down a little for the farangs. The Thai dishes were not as fierce as on the night food market but the flavours were still good, probably more subtle. With three beers and a coke it came to a very reasonable 1000 baht for 4 (about £27). Highly recommended.

The restaurant is located a bit off the track, so you need either a car or taxi to go there. But parking is available.The location has a modern interior and not too dim lights. You would not want to go there for a romantic dinner. The term "eatery" describes it best.The service is remarkably friendly. A lot of happy staff around to help you with everything.The menu selection is quite across regions, from hamburgers to Thai food. The selection is not exceedingly vast, but just sufficient that everyone may pick something interesting. Outstanding is the selection of very good smoothies and juices at resonable prices. Also on offer are various skewers which appear to be interesting.The qualiy of the food varies. We had Ravioli with mushroom sauce which was very good. On the other side the "Tirami Su" did not have much ressemblance to the real thing apart from the cocoa powder on top. But overall it was good. Nothing more but nothing less. The Shrimps in garlic were maybe a bit hard, I do not know if this was just on that evening or if this dish is gereally to be ordered with caution.All the food looks verv good, however. The presentation is very nice and the staff takes care that you alway have a fresh plate and cutlery. HiWe had dinner yesterday night and came in for lunch again today. Dinner we had 1. Mixed kulcha2. Black dal 2 dal makhani3. Mixed veg. 4. Masala soda ( really awesome )5. Manchurian 6. Masala papadLunch we had 1. Chicken dum Biryani ( my friend had )2. Mixed kulcha 3. Planner paratha Etc Everything was amazing. Food is really yummy. The only thing I found little below par was the masala papad. Also be warned they prepare fresh food and don't store or freeze pre cooked so orders take 20-30 minutes to prepare. But for tasty yummy food. It was worth the wait. One of the best in Pattaya for Indian.
