This was our second trip to First Watch for a birthday breakfast around 10:30 a.m. We tried their new Carrot Crush, the traditional breakfast, and the new pumpkin pancake breakfast. Both were very, very good. The Carrot Crush was tasty and refreshingly different. We both left very filled. This event turned into brunch rather than breakfast. The Carrot Crush was $3.99 and both breakfasts were close to $11.00 each - still a lot of money for a breakfast. We appreciated the two reserved senior parking area on the north side. However, they offer no senior or military discount like many of their competitors.

George and Tammy Johnson have made the Stepping Stone, the place to be in Bixby. Everyone there is friendly, the food is fabulous. What more could you ask for. They have booth and counter space. They also have two long tables that can seat eight. Anyone can sit at these tables and share with others. Great for getting to know folks. George hand cuts all the meat and chicken. Everything is made from scratch including the delicious pies. Their menu has something for everyone, chicken fried steak, jalapeno chicken, meat loaf, roast beef, fried catfish (my favorite).Some of these are daily specials only. Their hamburgers are cooked on the grill with beef that George grinds himself. They are outstanding and reasonably priced; served with chips, fries or homemade onion rings. Dinners come with homemade yeast rolls. They have beans and cornbread. On Wednesdays, Indian Taco's are really popular. Iced tea comes in a huge ice filled glass and is very good. There are many other things on the menu as well as a children's menu. Give it a try you won't be sorry. They are always busy and also do a great take out service.

Nice portions and good price. They have lots of selections to coose from. We will have to go back because i had a hard time choosing between the open faced chilli burger, chief salad or the hamburger steak. We had to have togo boxes when we left.

Glad to see this little place which is a reminiscent of the ma and pa breakfast restaurants I saw years ago. Friendly and courteous staff who make your visit pleasurable. Nice selection of food options so you can get most anything available for breakfast. Quick service is a standard and the servings are always good sized and tasty. Great place to meet with family and/or friends at a reasonable price. Take time to stop in and relax for a fine dining experience.
