This is one of my favorite spots....food is always good but the place is very small and usually crowded. We had to wait over 20 minutes for a table one morning for breakfast. They do have tables outside now, which helps. The only suggestion I have is that they take away the tables for 4 and then add tables for 2. That way, they can let people sit down faster as many people come in there as a couple and have to wait for a table for 4.

My friend and I met for coffee and breakfast on Sunday morning at 10:00 anticipating a lovely, warm chat over coffee. It was really a miserable experience. Even though I was wearing a sweater, nearly everyone else was in total winter garb and you really needed it. The restaurant was cold and noisy. I placed my order at 10:02. My friend ordered hers right after me. Mine was a sandwich, hers was a pastry so she was able to bring hers back to the table with her. Mine arrived only after she slowly finished her pastry and then went to check on my order because neither of us could believe it was taking that long. When the order finally arrived, it was wrong. I asked for a scrambled egg and they had an over-easy egg. Checked my receipt to see if perhaps the cashier had heard me wrong. Nope, it showed as a scrambled egg. They took it back and brought it back out to me with a cold scrambled egg on top of a cold piece of sausage on top of a dry bread. It was supposed to be brioche, but that looked nothing like brioche. So every aspect of this visit was a disappointment: customer service and kitchen were slowed to barely moving, the food was wrong and then cold, the entire restaurant was cold and noisy. I really wanted to enjoy this as I remembered some fun visits to a location in south Cobb county years ago, but I can say this will be my last visit ever.

not high-society but if you want fast service, good comfort food and big breakfast, this is the place. Inexpensive but good fare, and neighborly personal service/attention [thanks to Ms.Giggles on the staff]!Chain restaurant fare, done right.
